  Fernando, the estate agent has been an excellent person to deal with as was his colleague who guided us on the viewing. He speaks fluent English and is exceptionally clear in his communications. He has great personal skills and guided us very skilfully in the buying process. He was easily accessible either by mobile or email and kept us briefed on any updates that arose. He was very polite as well as patient and answered any questions we had on the property. Likewise he was able to recommend an excellent firm of solicitors for the legal aspects that brought us through every stage of the purchase process.
